Trust & Safety Policy

1. Purpose

This Trust & Safety Policy is issued by Chutkee Lifestyle Services Private Limited (“Chutkee”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Chutkee is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment for Customers and Service Partners using its Salon-at-Home and Massage-at-Home services.

This Policy establishes:

  • Mandatory safety standards

  • Zero-tolerance behaviors

  • Reporting and enforcement mechanisms

This Policy is binding on all Service Partners and Customers using these services.


2. Scope & Applicability

This Policy applies to:

  • All Salon-at-Home Service Partners

  • All Massage-at-Home Service Partners

  • All Customers booking these services

  • All interactions before, during, and after a Booking

This Policy operates in addition to the Service Partner Agreement and Platform Terms & Conditions.


3. Core Safety Principles

Chutkee follows five non-negotiable principles:

  1. Professional services only

  2. Consent and dignity above all

  3. Zero tolerance for harassment or sexual conduct

  4. Verified partners and traceable bookings

  5. Immediate action on safety risks


4. Partner Verification & Eligibility

All Service Partners must successfully complete:

  • Government ID verification

  • Address verification

  • Background verification (where applicable)

  • Skill and/or certification verification

Chutkee reserves the right to:

  • Reject onboarding applications

  • Suspend or permanently deactivate Partners

  • Conduct periodic re-verification


5. Professional Conduct Standards

5.1 General Conduct (Salon & Massage Services)

Service Partners must:

  • Behave professionally, respectfully, and courteously

  • Perform only the services booked on the Platform

  • Use appropriate and professional language at all times

  • Respect Customer privacy and personal boundaries

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Personal, suggestive, or inappropriate remarks

  • Asking for tips, gifts, or favors

  • Sharing personal contact details

  • Soliciting off-platform services

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.


6. Massage-at-Home: High-Sensitivity Safety Rules

Massage services are treated as a high-sensitivity category and are governed by strict zero-tolerance standards.

6.1 Permitted Services

  • Only therapeutic, non-sexual massage services are permitted.

  • Services must strictly match the selected massage type.

6.2 Absolute Prohibitions (Zero Tolerance)

The following shall result in immediate permanent deactivation and possible legal escalation:

  • Sexual services or implications

  • Inappropriate or intimate touching

  • Sexual comments, gestures, or sounds

  • Requests for nudity or private acts

Chutkee will cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required under applicable law.


7. Salon-at-Home Safety Standards

Salon Service Partners must:

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and grooming

  • Use clean, sanitized, and safe tools

  • Follow infection-control protocols

  • Avoid unnecessary physical contact

Recording photos or videos without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.


8. Consent & Customer Comfort

  • Services must begin only after obtaining Customer consent.

  • Customers may stop a service at any time.

  • Partners must immediately cease service if a Customer expresses discomfort.

Failure to respect consent is considered a serious violation.


9. Home Visit Protocol

Service Partners must:

  • Arrive alone (no unauthorized persons permitted)

  • Enter and exit strictly within the Booking duration

  • Use in-app communication only

Unauthorized presence, misconduct, or suspicious behavior may lead to suspension or permanent deactivation.


10. Customer Misconduct

Chutkee enforces safety protections for Service Partners as well.

Customers may be suspended or permanently banned for:

  • Sexual demands or inappropriate behavior

  • Harassment, threats, or abuse

  • Unsafe or criminal conduct

Serious cases may be reported to law enforcement authorities.


11. Incident Reporting

11.1 How to Report

Safety concerns may be reported through:

  • In-app support

  • Customer care helpline

  • Designated Trust & Safety email

11.2 Confidentiality

All reports are handled confidentially, sensitively, and in accordance with applicable law.


12. Response & Investigation

Upon receiving a safety report, Chutkee may:

  • Immediately suspend the involved account

  • Conduct an internal investigation

  • Request statements, clarifications, or evidence

  • Withhold payouts during review

Decisions are based on:

  • Severity of the allegation

  • Credibility of evidence

  • Past behavior patterns

Chutkee’s decision shall be final and binding.


13. Enforcement Actions

Depending on the violation, Chutkee may impose:

  • Formal warning

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent deactivation

  • Withholding or recovery of payouts

  • Legal escalation

Certain violations result in automatic permanent removal from the Platform.


14. Emergency & Law Enforcement Cooperation

In cases involving:

  • Sexual assault

  • Physical harm

  • Criminal threats

Chutkee may:

  • Share relevant data with law enforcement authorities

  • Assist investigations

  • Take immediate platform action

Such disclosures shall be made in accordance with applicable law.


15. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Misuse of personal data is strictly prohibited.

  • Recording without consent is forbidden.

  • Data access is limited to safety, compliance, and legal purposes only.

Violations may result in legal consequences in addition to platform removal.


16. Training & Awareness

Service Partners may be required to:

  • Complete safety training modules

  • Undergo refresher sessions

  • Re-acknowledge safety policies periodically

Non-compliance may restrict booking access.


17. Policy Updates

Chutkee reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version.

Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.
