1. Introduction

Welcome to Chutkee.com, owned and operated by Chutkee Lifestyle Services Private Limited (“Chutkee”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Chutkee is a technology platform that enables users to book salon-at-home and massage-at-home services through its digital interface.

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by:

  • These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”)

  • Our Privacy Policy

  • Our Trust & Safety Policy

  • Any additional policies referenced herein

These T&C apply to:

  • Customers booking services

  • Service Partners delivering services

  • Third-party service providers supporting the Platform

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.


2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

“Platform” means the website, mobile application, or any digital interface operated by Chutkee.

“Service” means salon-at-home or massage-at-home services booked through the Platform.

“Partner” means a verified independent service provider delivering services via Chutkee.

“Customer” means any user booking services through the Platform.

“Booking” means a confirmed service request placed through the Platform.


3. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years of age.

Partners must be legally eligible to work in India and complete onboarding and verification.

Users must provide accurate and complete information. Misrepresentation may result in suspension or permanent termination.


4. User Account

Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

Chutkee shall not be responsible for unauthorized use of accounts.


5. Service Bookings

5.1 Booking Process

Services can be booked via the Platform.

Booking confirmation is subject to Partner availability.

Chutkee reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to operational constraints, safety issues, or force majeure events.

5.2 Service Partner Obligations

Partners must:

  • Deliver services professionally and safely

  • Follow hygiene and safety standards

  • Comply with Trust & Safety policies

  • Not solicit off-platform business from Customers

Violation may lead to penalties or deactivation.


6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed on the Platform and may vary based on location or demand.

Customers must pay the total amount using supported payment methods.

Chutkee may deduct platform fees, commissions, and applicable taxes before Partner payouts.

Cash payments (if enabled) shall be digitally recorded and reflected in the Partner Wallet.


7. Cancellation & Refunds

7.1 Customer Cancellations

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.

Refunds (full or partial) will be processed as per the Platform policy.

7.2 Partner Cancellations

Repeated declines may affect Partner visibility and incentives.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may attract penalties.

7.3 Refund Decisions

Refund calculations may consider:

  • Services already rendered

  • Platform fees

  • Applicable penalties

Chutkee’s decision regarding refund allocation shall be final and binding.


8. Trust & Safety Compliance

All users must comply with hygiene, consent, and professional conduct standards.

Chutkee maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Sexual misconduct

  • Harassment

  • Theft

  • Safety violations

Accounts violating these policies may be permanently deactivated.


9. Service Disclaimer

Chutkee operates solely as a technology platform connecting Customers and independent Partners.

We do not directly provide services.

Service quality responsibility lies with independent Partners.

Chutkee shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from services, except as required under applicable law.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Chutkee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Booking.

Users agree to indemnify Chutkee against claims arising from misuse, violations of law, or misconduct.


11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are owned by Chutkee or licensed to it.

Users shall not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.


12. Privacy & Data Protection

Use of the Platform is governed by the Chutkee Privacy Policy.

Customer data is shared with Partners only for service delivery.

Sensitive data is encrypted and protected in accordance with applicable laws.


13. User Obligations

All users must:

  • Provide accurate personal information

  • Use services lawfully

  • Respect property and privacy

  • Report safety concerns via in-app support

Violation may result in suspension, deactivation, or legal action.


14. Termination

Chutkee may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for:

  • Fraud or misconduct

  • Safety violations

  • Legal non-compliance

  • Trust & Safety breaches

Partners may terminate their engagement by providing 7 days’ written notice, subject to settlement of dues.


15. Dispute Resolution

Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution.

Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

Seat of Arbitration: Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Governing Law: Laws of India.


16. Amendments

Chutkee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.
