Chutkee acts as a digital marketplace that connects customers with independent service partners (salons, spas, food outlets, clubs, and other service providers).
Chutkee does not directly provide services and is not responsible for service delivery, unless explicitly stated.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation through the Platform.
Users are responsible for reviewing service details, pricing, availability, and cancellation terms before confirming a booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
a) Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Cancellations must be made through the Chutkee platform.
Cancellation eligibility and charges depend on the service partner’s policy.
Certain services may be non-cancellable or non-refundable, which will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.
b) Service Partner-Initiated Cancellation
If a service partner cancels a confirmed booking, eligible users may receive a full or partial refund, subject to review.
c) No-Show Policy
Failure to avail a booked service without prior cancellation (“No-Show”) may result in no refund.
4. Refund Policy
a) Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be initiated in the following cases:
Service cancellation by the service partner
Non-availability of the booked service
Duplicate or erroneous payment
Service not delivered as confirmed
b) Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds shall not be provided in cases of:
Change of mind after service confirmation
Partial usage of services
No-show without valid reason
Violations of platform policies
Promotional or discounted offers marked as non-refundable
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway and bank.
Chutkee shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a user disputes a charge or service outcome:
The complaint must be raised within 48 hours of the scheduled service time.
Chutkee may coordinate between the user and service partner to facilitate resolution.
Chutkee’s decision shall be final in refund-related matters, subject to applicable law.
7. Platform Convenience Fee
Any platform or convenience fee charged by Chutkee may be non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.
Taxes and gateway charges may be deducted from approved refunds.
8. Fraud Prevention
Chutkee reserves the right to:
Withhold refunds in cases of suspected fraud or misuse
Suspend or terminate accounts involved in refund abuse
Verify user identity and booking details before processing refunds
